Has my order shipped?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays). Some orders may be subject to additional verification, which can delay shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has left the warehouse. If more than a couple days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at [email protected] or by calling (888) 511-1189.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships the tracking information will be available in the shipping confirmation and on the orders page once you've logged into your account.
How do I return an item?

Where can I obtain a pre-prepaid return shipping label?
To obtain a pre-paid return label proceed to the Order History page and generate a new label through the self-service portal at the base of the page.

How can I get a copy of my invoice?
You can download a copy of your invoice on the orders page once you've logged into your account.
I ordered the wrong stuff! What do I do?
Once you place an order at VonZipper, you cannot make changes through the store. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email [email protected] or call us at (888) 511-1189.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
VonZipper is required by law to collect sales and use tax on total taxable product and shipping and handling charges for orders in the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. *Please note: The Credit Card must have a United States billing address.
If I order the wrong size can I return the item?
Yes, you may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of VonZipper receiving your return. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange any product you will need to return it for a full refund and place a new order online.
How do I return an item?
To return a purchase please follow the steps below.
- Complete the online form here and print one copy of your packing slip to include in the box with your VonZipper product in it’s original packaging.
- Pack product in suitable packaging to ensure it is not damaged in shipping. VonZipper is not responsible for products lost or damaged in shipping.
- We will contact you when we have received your goods to let you know the status of the return claim.

Can I return an item I've used?
Sorry, only products in new unused condition will be accepted for returns.
Do you offer a warranty?
All products are covered under our standard warranty policy.
Do you sell replacement sunglass lenses?
VonZipper sunglasses and lenses are manufactured together and we do not currently manufacture or sell replacement lenses.
What is a CSC code?
A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. For Visa, your identification number is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.

How do I ship to military addresses?
VonZipper offers Economy shipping service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Expedited shipping methods are not available. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses, however most orders take approximately 7 to 14 business days.
- City: Enter your APO, FPO or DPO designation.
- State: Select Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE) or Armed Forces Pacific (AP) in the State pull down menu.
Country information is not needed for international military addresses.
